What Ready Set Pick does with your data.
Short version: Ready Set Pick does not require an account, and the picker tools are designed to run in your browser.
Lists and settings
When a tool remembers names, options, or settings, that information is stored locally in your browser using browser storage. Ready Set Pick does not intentionally send those saved lists to a Ready Set Pick database because the site does not use one.
Random selections
Random picks are generated on your device using browser-provided cryptographic randomness.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted by a third-party web host. Like most web hosts, the hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser details, request information, security logs, and similar technical data according to its own policies.
Support and external links
If you choose to support Ready Set Pick, the support link takes you to Ko-fi. Ko-fi and its payment providers handle information you submit there under their own privacy policies. Ready Set Pick does not receive your full payment-card details.
If you contact Ready Set Pick by email, the information you include in that email is used to read and respond to your message or investigate a problem you reported.
Analytics and advertising
Ready Set Pick does not currently include third-party advertising or a separate analytics service. If that changes later, this page should be updated before those services are added.
